No additional processing or service fees are charged to the customer. SHMUK covers all costs related to payment processing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery Areas

SHMUK delivers orders throughout Europe. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, depending on your location.

3.2 Delivery Times

  • Netherlands and Belgium: Orders are usually delivered within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Rest of Europe: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on the destination and external delivery services.

Although we do our best to meet the indicated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control.

3.3 Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped within the Netherlands for €4.95.

3.4 Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a track & trace number to follow your order.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

4.1 Right of Return

You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is undamaged.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when received.

4.2 Exclusions from Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

4.3 Return Costs

The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. SHMUK does not reimburse return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Exchanges are possible within the same 30-day period, depending on the availability of the desired replacement product. Please contact us for more information.

5. Warranty and Product Quality

5.1 Warranty Period

SHMUK offers a warranty period of 3 months on all products. This warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing errors. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service.

5.2 Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty is void if:
