Refund policy

At SHMUK, we do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. Please read the conditions for returns and refunds below.
1. Return Period
Customers can return a product within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we can no longer accept returns or refunds.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be undamaged.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Personalized items or products that are excluded for hygienic reasons are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
If you want to return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service at support@shmuk.nl to make a return request. Include in your email your order number, the reason for return, and any photos if there is damage.
- You will receive confirmation once your return is accepted, including instructions for returning.
- You can decide for yourself how to return your product. You are free to use a shipping method of your choice. We recommend always keeping a shipping receipt as confirmation of your return.
4. Return Costs
The costs for returning products are at the customer's expense. Customers are asked to use PostNL for returns to ensure that shipping is safe and traceable.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded via the originally used payment method. Refunds are processed within a few business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
No costs will be deducted from the refund, including shipping costs from the original order.
6. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for another product? That's possible! Send us an email at support@shmuk.nl to arrange this in consultation. We will coordinate the exchange process together.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please immediately contact our customer service at support@shmuk.nl. Send photos of the damage and include your order number. After assessment, we will send a replacement product free of charge or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
In case of damage or defects, shipping costs for the return will also be reimbursed by SHMUK.
8. Exceptions
At this time, there are no exceptions to our return policy; all products are eligible for return and refund, provided the conditions are met.
