At SHMUK, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for more information about our procedures, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. Shipping Areas

SHMUK currently delivers within Europe. Orders can be placed from most European countries and are delivered within the times listed below.

2. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: Orders are usually delivered within 1 business day.
  • Rest of Europe: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on the location and the delivery services.

While we do our best to meet these delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical issues or external courier companies.

3. Shipping Costs

All orders within Europe are shipped for €4.95 (from the Netherlands), regardless of the size or weight of the order.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number that allows you to follow your package. This enables you to check the status of your order and view an estimated delivery date.

5. Shipping Partner

We use PostNL/DHL as our shipping partner for all orders. We work closely with PostNL to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time.

6. Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. SHMUK is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect address information. If you discover an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible via support@shmuk.nl.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at support@shmuk.nl. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, provide a replacement product or refund.

8. International Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SHMUK.

9. Changes to the Shipping Policy

SHMUK reserves the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
